Made in Hawaii, this gorgeous vintage dress is extremely covetable due to its unique colors and flirty shape. The ruffled sleeve sits slightly off the shoulders while the bottom features a mermaid effect. Beautiful pattern with purple and red anthurium, heliconia, and tropical palms.
