Vintage 1940s - 1950s Souvenir of Honolulu Hawaii Mother Pink Silky Fringe Pillow

$56.00

This “Souvenir of Honolulu” pillow features a “Mother” poem overlooking a pretty hula girl playing her ukulele—along with palm trees, hibiscus blooms, The Pali, and Moanalua Park. Blue and pink fringe and a solid blue backing.

*These collectible pillow covers were produced as Hawaiian souvenirs for American soldiers and sailors serving in Hawaii in the 1940s and 1950s (pre-statehood). We’ve hunted down the best, most beautiful ones we can find and paired them with brand new (unused) pillow inserts. The bottom edge of each pillowcase is left open for easy stuffing.

Condition: Slight yellow-ish aging on the back (particularly, the top right-hand corner—see photos). The front side and fringe are in great condition.

Size: 22” L x 20” W x 5” H
